Abstract [sv]

En av nio kvinnor i Sverige riskerar att få bröstcancer före 75-års åldern. Diagnosen bröstcancer kan upplevas som enpåfrestande livshändelse vilket kan medföra till en plötslig förändring i livet.Sjuksköterskan har i uppgift att stödja och finnas för patient från diagnos.  Syfte:Att beskriva bröstcancerdrabbade kvinnors upplevelse av mötet med sjusköterskanfrån diagnos fram till behandling. Metod:En litteraturstudie baserad på 11 kvalitativa artiklar. Resultat: Fyra teman utformades vilka var betydelsen av kompetens,betydelsen av empati och sympati, betydelsen av personcentrerad vård samtbetydelsen av tillgänglighet. Temat betydelsen av personcentrerad vårdutformade tre subteman vilka var behov av information, personlig relation samtstöd och hopp. Slutsats: Eftersommötet med sjuksköterskan upplevs individuellt är det av stor vikt attsjuksköterskan förhåller sig till ett patientcentrerat möte med varje kvinna.Vidare forskning bör genomföras med syfte till att hjälpa sjuksköterskor attuppnå ett gott möte med patienter. 

Abstract [en]

One of nine women in Swedenrun the risk of getting breast cancer before 75 years of age. The diagnosis ofbreast cancer can be perceived as a stressful life incident which may lead to asudden change in life. The nurse's task is to support and be there for the patient from diagnosis. Aim:To describe women with breast cancer experience of meeting with the nurse fromdiagnosis to treatment. Method: Aliterature review based on 11 qualitative items. Results: Four themes were formed which was the importance ofcompetence, the importance of empathy and sympathy, the importance of person-centeredcare and the importance of accessibility. The theme named importance of person-centeredcare formed three subthemes which was need for information, personalrelationship and support and hope. Conclusion:Since the meeting with the nurse is experienced individually, it’s veryimportant that the nurse approach to a patient-centered meeting with eachwoman. Further research should be conducted with the purpose to helping nursesto achieve a good meeting with patients.
